These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional giveaways operated by AccuMarkets (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "AccuMarkets") from the effective date forward.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in any giveaway campaign operated by AccuMarkets (Pty) Ltd ("AccuMarkets") from January 2026 onwards. By participating in any AccuMarkets giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria. AccuMarkets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and any giveaway campaign without prior notice.
All terms used in these Terms shall have their ordinary meaning unless the context requires otherwise. Any reference to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

AccuMarkets shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or technical failures.
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuMarkets, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the giveaway.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate or receive any prize.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No amendment or variation of these Terms shall be binding unless published by AccuMarkets through its official channels.
AccuMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate any giveaway campaign at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with South African law.
All legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
